At Chartered Express, we provide a robust platform for sellers and service providers to showcase their expertise and offerings. Whether you are selling online/offline courses, notes, books, printed materials, or other professional services, our marketplace is designed to help you reach a wider audience.

By registering as a Seller on CharteredExpress.com, you agree to abide by the following policies, ensuring a smooth and transparent selling experience.

1. Seller Registration & Product Listing

  • Sellers can register on Chartered Express free of cost to list and sell their products or services, including digital courses, study materials, Website designing, business setup, Finance services and other professional resources.
  • Registration can be done online or offline, with necessary verification steps for credibility.
  • Once registered, sellers can list their offerings along with essential details such as product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Chartered Express reserves the right to approve or deny seller registrations without assigning any reason.
  • A commission on sales will be deducted as per mutually agreed terms.

2. Seller Responsibilities

  • Ownership & Authenticity: Sellers must ensure they own the rights to sell the listed products/services and that their listings do not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
  • Accurate Product Information: Sellers must provide complete and accurate details (pricing, images, features, descriptions) and keep information updated.
  • Quality & Compliance: All listed offerings should adhere to legal, ethical, and quality standards as per applicable regulations.
  • Listing Control: Chartered Express retains the right to modify or remove listings without prior notice if found violating policies.
  • Pricing & Discounts: While sellers set base prices, Chartered Express may adjust pricing or offer discounts as part of promotions.

3. Payment & Settlement Cycle

  • Payments to sellers will be processed on a monthly basis as per the settlement cycle.
  • The seller’s earnings will be credited after deducting applicable taxes and commission.
  • Payment modes include NEFT, bank transfer, cheque, or any mutually agreed method.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

For Physical Products:

  • Sellers must dispatch orders within 48 hours after receiving an order confirmation email.
  • Shipping details must be updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller.

For Digital/Service-Based Products:

  • Online course access, e-books, or digital services should be delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.

5. Geographical Limitations & Delivery Restrictions

  • Sellers must provide a list of serviceable PIN codes where they can deliver.
  • If no such list is provided, it will be assumed that the seller offers delivery across India.
  • Failure to deliver at agreed locations may result in a penalty equivalent to the loss incurred due to non-fulfillment.

6. Amendments & Policy Updates

  • Chartered Express reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the seller policies at any time with or without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the platform after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Darbhanga.
  • Sellers are required to comply with all legal and tax regulations applicable to their business activities.
