Who can become a seller on Chartered Express?
Coaching centers, tutors, authors, publication houses, Website designers, Digital Marketers and other education-related entities can register as sellers on CharteredExpress.com to list and sell their educational materials.
How do I register as a seller on Chartered Express?
To become a seller, simply fill out the inquiry form on CharteredExpress.com. Our team will contact you for the necessary paperwork, including KYC verification and onboarding assistance.
Is there a fee for registering as a seller?
No, registration and listing your educational material on Chartered Express is completely free. However, a commission is charged on each completed sale transaction based on the agreed terms.
What types of products can I sell on Chartered Express?
Our platform is exclusively for educational and related materials. You can sell various eLearning products, including:
- Online courses
- CDs/DVDs
- Pen drives/USB drives
- Tablets preloaded with learning content
How will I receive a sales notification?
Once a customer places an order for your product, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary customer details required to process and dispatch the order.
What are the delivery and dispatch timelines for sellers?
The dispatch and shipping guidelines for all tangible products are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which details the expected delivery timelines and seller responsibilities.
What is the payment cycle for sellers?
The payment settlement cycle will be discussed at the time of registration and agreed upon mutually. Payments will be processed as per the terms of our seller agreement.
How are refunds and cancellation requests handled?
- Digital products (e-books, online courses, etc.) are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Tangible products (CDs, DVDs, USB drives, etc.) can only be replaced in case of damage, subject to our terms and conditions.

How are shipments made for physical products?
- Sellers are responsible for shipping their own products.
- After dispatch, sellers must notify the buyer and Chartered Express with the shipment tracking code.
